These photographs were provided by the patient,
and were taken about five months after surgery. The appearance with the labia
together is pleasing, but the urethral meatus is located higher than I prefer.
With the labia spread, the vaginal introitus is
visible. The patient did not provide any information on vaginal
dimensions.
