I’m only showing one view of result, since all the
structures are visible without the labia being spread. The clitoris looks very
good, and the urethral meatus is in a desirable low position. The entire central
vulva has been draped with penile skin, which in my personal opinion does not
result in the most natural-looking appearance. This external use of the penile
skin raises the question of whether it could have been better used in lining the
vaginal cavity. In my opinion, the protruding shelf of tissue between the
vaginal introitus and the anus is also cosmetically disappointing.
