Vaginoplasty Results:

These photographs were taken five months after
surgery, and were graciously sent to me by the patient. Even with the labia
together, one can see what appears to be excess erectile tissue below the
urethral meatus.
With the labia separated, we can see the clitoris
and the nicely formed labia minora. The patient reports that she has 12 cm
(4-3/4 in.) of vaginal depth, uses a dilator of approximately 3.5 cm diameter,
and is orgasmic. This is one of the best results I’ve seen from Dr. Preecha.
