Dr. Preecha Tiewtranon, June 2004 / December 2004

These photographs were graciously sent to me
by the patient. This photo and the next one were taken two months after
completion of a colon-segment vaginoplasty. The abdominal scar appears to be
healing well and is cosmetically acceptable

In this view, we can see the generous size of the
clitoris and a bit of the bright pink color of the colon tissue at the vaginal
introitus. The patient wrote, "My clitoris is very sensitive and I'm orgasmic.
My vagina is just over 25 cm (10 inches) deep and 4.2 cm (1.65 inches) in
diameter. I don't have any problem urinating. My only problem is that when I
experience sexual arousal, the tissue between my vagina and the urethra swells.
This reduces the vaginal diameter and the urethra turns red."

This photo and the next one were taken about two
months following labiaplasty, which was performed in Dececember 2004. The
patient wrote, "I had a labiaplasty with Dr. Preecha two months ago. The
erectile tissue is still there and it still swells during sexual arousal, but
less than before the second surgery. I do not like the look of my urethra; it
looks like the vaginal vestibule, because the labia minora finish just around
the urethra while the vagina is exposed."

"I am orgasmic and it is no problem to urinate.
I had to choose the colon-segment vaginoplasty technique because my penis was
really tiny. I could not find surgeons in the USA or Canada who perform
colon-segment vaginoplasty and for this reason I chose Dr. Preecha. I am very
happy with my choice and with the results. I think Dr. Preecha is wonderful."
