This photograph was graciously provided by a
satisfied patient. It was taken between four and five weeks after surgery. We
can appreciate a well defined clitoris of uncertain construction, and the
suggestion of small labia structures on either side of the urethral meatus. The
patient says, "I am almost 5 inches (12.5 cm) in depth. I have some feelings
that are sexual, but not have not been orgasmic yet. I am totally pleased with
the hospital, the cost and the staff in Thailand. They are great people, and I
would go there again." I think this is a very satisfactory first-stage result.
