Vaginoplasty Results:
Dr. Preecha Tiewtranon, February 2001
These photographs were kindly sent to me by
the patient. They have been slightly retouched in the upper corners to reduce
distracting highlights. Despite the limited resolution, they give some idea of
the overall appearance of Dr. Preecha’s recent work.
The patient reports, "I have 5+ inches (12.5+
cm) of vaginal depth, and when I am sexually excited my clitoris becomes very
erect. I am also orgasmic. The surgery involved a scrotal skin graft. I was
lucky not to have any infections or complications, and I am very happy with the
results."
