Vaginoplasty Results:

These photographs were kindly sent to me by the patient, and were taken about
12 weeks after surgery. Even with the labia together, we can clearly see the
position of the major structures. The patient writes, "My vaginal depth is about
5" (12.5 cm), diameter is about 1-3/4" (4.4 cm). The clitoris is sensate, and
my first orgasm was about 5 weeks after surgery. I'm extremely pleased with the
result."
This second view with the labia spread provides a clearer view of the vaginal
vestibule. I think this is a fine result.
