Vaginoplasty Results:

These photographs were they were taken about 6 months after surgery and
were kindly sent to me by the patient. She wrote, "I'm very happy with my choice
of Dr. Menard and with the results of my operation. He has a first class clinic
and staff and he was up front and to the point on any questions. I was back at
work after six weeks."
In this photo, one can see the location of the central structures easily. Note
the position of the urethra and the relatively pale pink color of the
exteriorized urethral mucosa forming the labia minora and hood of the clitoris.
With the labia slightly spread, the size of the clitoris is more apparent. The
patient wrote, "My urine stream is a bit weak to very good some days,
but it seems to get better with every month . I have a vaginal depth of 5 inches
(12.5 cm) easily with a 1.5 inch (3.7 cm) dilator and I 'm orgasmic." In my
opinion, this is a very nice result.
