Dr. Toby Meltzer, March 2000 / March 2001
These photographs were taken two years after vaginoplasty and one year after
labiaplasty, and were graciously send to me by the patient. Like many of Dr.
Meltzer’s patients, she finds that the mons area (above the clitoris) is a more
relible source of sexual sensation than the clitoris itself: "I am quite
orgasmic, although the mons, under which the [dorsal penile] nerves
reside in Dr. Meltzer’s technique, has the highest quality feeling."
With the labia spread, we can more clearly see the hood of the clitoris, the
shape of the labia minora, and the position of the urethral meatus. I think this
is a very good result.
