In an in-press article in Journal of Homosexuality, Charles Moser claims to have demonstrated a high prevalence of autogynephilia in natal women. In this analysis, I explain why Moser is mistaken.
In an excerpt from my recent review for the Journal of Sex Research, I recommend that "Autogynephilia" should become a named paraphilia in the DSM-V, and that it should receive greater emphasis in the DSM-V's discusssion of Gender Identity Disorder.
