These photos were taken about three weeks after surgery and were provided by
Dr. Chettawut. He wrote, "The forehead, type 3, was contoured by setting back
the anterior wall of frontal sinus and also burring the superior orbital rim.
Internal fixation was done with two interosseous wires. A brow and forehead lift
was also done."
