These photos were graciously provided by the
patient. With the labia together, we can see the clitoris, but not the urethral
meatus or vaginal introitus.
With the labia spread, we can appreciate the
size of the clitoris, which the patient asked to be made a "little larger than
the norm." The urethral meatus is positioned somewhat higher than I prefer, but
this is a minor point. The patient reports that her vaginal depth is 12.5 cm (5
in.). In my opinion, this is an excellent result.
