Dr. Chettawut Tulayaphanich, February 2007

These photographs were taken 10
months after surgery and were sent to me by Dr. Chettawut. The patient
is 36 years old.

Dr. Chettawut reports that the patient's
vaginal depth is about 5.5 inches (14 cm.)

Dr. Chettuwut writes: "For the past 2
years, my SRS technique has been modified as follows: (a) the penile skin
is mainly used for one-step inner labia construction and for the side wall
of the vaginal opening, but not for vaginal depth; (b) a skin graft is used
to line the rest of the vagina; (c) there is a longer distance between the
clitoris and urethral opening; and (d) the clitoral frenulum is formed
using a prepuce skin flap attached to neoclitoris."

This oblique view provides a better view of
the clitoris and labia. I think this is an excellent result.
