These photographs were graciously provided by
the patient and were taken about two months after surgery. The clitoris is
well-defined, but the urethral meatus is located a bit higher than I personally
prefer. There is considerable redundant skin surrounding the vaginal opening,
but this could be a positive feature if a secondary labiaplasty were planned.

With the tissue surrounding the vagina spread, we
can see the position of the vaginal introitus. The patient reports, "I have a
good stream of urine, but it can be quite erratic in its direction. The labia
don't seem to me to be too well defined and are not as 'fleshy' as I would have
liked. I have a good 4 inches (10 cm) of vaginal depth, and have recently moved
up to using a 3.5 cm (1.4 inch) dilator."
