Vaginoplasty Results:
Dr. Sanguan Kunaporn, November 2000

This photograph was contributed by a transsexual woman in Australia. It represents a second-stage colon segment extension of an earlier penile-inversion vaginoplasty that was performed by Dr. Sanguan at an unspecified date. My informant says, "This was my second trip to Phuket to undergo SRS work with Dr. Sanguan. The result is a 9 inch (23 cm) vaginal passage, composed of 7 inches (18 cm) of colon and 2 inches (5 cm) of the existing penile inversion at the outer end of the passage. Dilation has allowed me to keep this depth, along with 1.5 inches (3.7 cm) of diameter." I am not able to see the vulvar structures in detail, but the overall appearance is pleasing cosmetically.
