These photos were taken about 7 weeks after surgery, and some redness is still evident along the suture lines. Even without the labia being spread, we can clearly see the positions of the clitoris, urethral meatus, and vaginal introitus.

With the labia spread, the appearance is not greatly different. The patient reported that her vaginal depth was just over 10 cm (4 in.).
