These photographs were taken about four weeks after surgery, and were sent to me by the patient. She is dissatisfied with her result, and it is possible that this example may be unrepresentative of this surgeon’s work. With the labia together, only the vaginal introitus is visible.

With the labia spread, the clitoris and urethral meatus are visible. The patient writes, "My clitoris has no feeling and is very pale. I still cannot pee right and it is getting worse, and I have blood coming from where the sections forming the neovagina are coming apart." (more)
