Vaginoplasty Results:

These photographs were graciously sent to me by the patient. They were taken about 10 days after labiaplasty, in June 2002. Although the labia minora appear to have been pulled together somewhat to partially conceal the clitoris, the labia majora still diverge on either side of the clitoris, creating a funnel-like appearance. I was unable to confidently locate the urethral meatus in either photo.

With the labia spread, we can see that the labiaplasty procedure has not resulted in the clitoris being genuinely hooded. In my opinion, the resulting appearance is disappointing cosmetically. The patient reports, "I am pleased with my surgery totally, due to being very orgasmic."
