These photographs were sent to me by Dr. Pichet, and thus may depict an especially favorable result. In this view with the labia closed, the overall appearance is quite acceptable for a first-stage procedure (i.e., there is the expectation that a secondary labiaplasty will follow).

With the labia spread, we can see the position of the clitoris. It is well-defined, but is of uncertain construction. The urethral meatus is placed higher than I personally prefer. There is no suggestion of excess erectile tissue. In my opinion, this is a satisfactory first-stage result.
