These photographs were taken about 16 months after surgery and were kindly sent to me by the patient. She wrote, "My urine stream is excellent and very consistent. Vaginal depth is approximately 4.75 inches (12 cm) with a 1.5 inch (38 mm) dilator and I am orgasmic. I am completely satisfied with the result."

In this view with the labia spread, we can see the clitoris with surrounding reddish urethral mucosa and the location of the vaginal introitus.
