These photographs were they were taken about 2 months after surgery and were graciously sent to me by the patient. She writes, "My vagina is just over 5 inches (12.5 cm) deep and about 1.375 inches (3.5 cm) in diameter. Urination is a steady stream with no problems. My clitoris is sensitive, but I have not had an orgasm yet."

In this view with the labia spread, we can see the relatively high position of the urethral meatus and what appears to be mild inflammation of the exteriorized urethral mucosa between the meatus and the clitoris. This is one of the best results I have seen from Dr. Menard.
