

This photo was taken 12 weeks after surgery,
and was graciously sent to me by the patient. She writes, "Mr. Ceber uses a
section of the glans in the creation of the clitoris. He extends urethral mucosa
upwards to the clitoris, in part to prevent the urethra becoming occluded by
scar tissue, but also for cosmetic reasons. I haven't had any complications, and
am able to urinate well. The urethral opening is, I think, wider and more
slit-like horizontally than a natal one. I dilate to a depth of 15 cm (6") using
a dilator of 4 cm diameter (about 1.5"). Clitoral sensation is good, very
pleasing, but no orgasms yet."
