These photographs were taken about about one year after surgery and were
kindly sent to me by the patient. This wide-angle view is included at the
suggestion of the patient, who wrote, "I have provided a few shots from
farther out, something I wished I had been able to see when I was considering
SRS; please use them if you feel they are appropriate."
Here is a more typical close-up view with the labia in normal position. The
patient wrote wrote, "I am extremely happy with the results and the post-op care
in Montreal was very positive. I had my first orgasm after SRS in November 2006,
about 13 months after surgery."

With the labia spread, we can see the size and
position of the central structures. The patient wrote, "I am a sex worker. My
clients do not know that I have had surgery and their reactions to my genitals
have all been very positive. Depth is about 5-6 inches (12.5 – 15 cm), which I
thought would be an issue with my clients with longer penises. However, I have
had no problems at all in terms of depth. Women considering SRS with Dr.
Brassard should rest easy on this front. My clitoral hood protudes slightly from
my labia, more than most women, I think. I like it personally, but it may be
something to take note of."
