These photographs were taken ten weeks postoperatively, and were kindly sent to me by the patient. In this view we can appreciate the clitoral hooding, which is unusually good for a one-stage operation. There appears to be some redundant skin at the vaginal introitus.

With the labia spread, we can see the size and location of the clitoris, and the position of the urethral meatus. Redundant skin is again visible at the introitus. The patient reports, "I'm currently dilating with a 1-3/8" (3.5 cm) dilator and achieving over 6-1/4" (16 cm) depth." I think this is a very nice result.
